"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

On tuesday i turned in my portfolio and next week on tuesday I have an appointment to talk about my portfolio and do a 3 hour creative test.
If I am able to convince them (dunno neither how many people there will be nor how strict they are) i will start there in october.
In mid August I will leave Germany for a 6 weeks trip to the USA, starting near Seattle, visiting San Francisco, LA, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Atlanta, D.C. and finally NYC. There is a lot i intent to see (especially my boyfried, whom i didn't see for 3 month)but since here are tons of creative people from the USA maybe you have some tips, things to see normal tourists won't see etc. for me. F.e. I heard of a special shop, only selling shoes on 4 floors,in San Francisco, but google didn't help.
So please gimme some tips so this trip will be unforgettable.
